Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned for an exchange or refund within 50 days, no fuss at all.
The item being returned must be in original condition, unused and/or unworn, labels intact and in original packaging.
+ We cannot exchange or refund items from our Sale/Clearance section.
+ During SALE period, we cannot offer any refunds, exchanges are at customer's own cost.
Our items are all of the highest quality. We thoroughly check and carefully package your order, before sending it on it's way.
If however, you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately to discuss appropriate action. We can offer an exchange, or refund should the product be unavailable. Please report faulty or damaged items as soon as possible so we can rectify quickly.
How to make a return or exchange
Contact us via email or phone to discuss your exchange or refund. Remember, we're all about the no-fuss returns and exchanges!
We will pay for the shipping if you need to return any item at the value of $7.50.

Return the item to be exchanged to the above address. Be sure to include a note with your name, order details and what you are exchanging for. The return shipping of your new item will be at our expense.
Once you have contacted us to discuss your return, please send the item back to us at the above address (unless otherwise arranged). Your refund will be processed once we have received your returned item in it's original condition.
