Placing your order
Your order may be placed in a number of ways, the most popular and efficient being online through our secure website. If you prefer, you can also phone or email us your order.
Over the phone: Simply give us a call on 1300 794 938 and tell us what you would like to purchase. If you can't get a hold of us, just leave a quick message and we'll call you right back.
Email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you to confirm your order and payment.

The fastest and most efficient payment method is to use your credit card securely through our website.

Please ensure you leave your order number and name as a reference when transferring funds, and then email us to confirm payment. Please note that payments can take up to 48hours to clear and your order cannot be sent until payment has cleared.
Delivery within Australia
At Little Styles, we know how important it is to have quick, safe delivery of your order, that's why we use Australia Post e-parcel express, or overnight courier for all of our deliveries. The best news is that most express post packages are delivered to your door within 1 working day if you live in or near a city. Some remote areas may take a little longer. If you'd like to know when your order will arrive, simply ask us and we'll let you know.
E-Parcel express deliveries require a signature on delivery, so please let us know if you give authority for your parcel to be left without a signature, along with any other delivery instructions. Larger/heavier parcels will be delivered via overnight courier.
All orders placed before 12pm (AEST) on business days will be posted that same day, how good is that! Outside of these times, it will be posted next business day. Please note, we observe all NSW public holidays.
Please note these delivery times exclude any custom made products. Allow up to 7 days to receive your custom made items.
We charge a flat rate of $7.50 Australia wide on all orders.
Any orders over $150 are delivered FREE of charge!
Please allow an extra day or two for delivery during SALE periods.
We also offer a free pick up option for our NSW customers. Orders can be picked up Monday to Saturday, between 9.30am-3.30pm, from:

All International orders are shipped via Australia Post Registered Air Mail. Generally your order will be posted within 2-3 days and received within 3-10 days, depending on where you live.

On standard size orders we have a flat international delivery fee of $25 anywhere in the world.
If your order is overweight and over our standard shipping rate, we will contact you to let you know the exact shipping fee. This can be paid via credit card or paypal.

Should your order be a gift, we can post it directly to the recipient.
We can add our fabulous signature gift tag with a personalized, handwritten message at no extra charge. Just put all the delivery instructions in the comments section at checkout.
If you are stuck for the perfect gift idea, we'd love to help. Just contact us and we'll be happy to help out with a suggestion or two. We know our stock well and can point you in the right direction!

As with all clothing however, not all brands are completely standard. Sizes can sometimes vary from brand to brand. If we are aware that a particular brand runs 'small' or 'large' we will let you know in the product description.
If you are purchasing a gift for a newborn, may we suggest that you get a larger size to account for differences in birth weight and to ensure that your gift gets plenty of wear.
'Out of Stock' items
If an item you have selected is temporarily 'out of stock' or unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to suggest alternatives.
If an item is displayed as 'more soon' and you would love to have it, please contact us to let us know. We may be waiting on a delivery and can set it aside for you when it arrives. Alternatively, we may be able to place a special order for you.
